Cynthia S. Barbosa is the founding attorney of Barbosa Rodriguez Law, APC, where she represents clients in immigration and personal injury matters. As a Brazilian American and first-generation immigrant, Cynthia brings a personal understanding of the immigrant experience to her legal practice. Her background allows her to approach each case with compassion, cultural awareness, and a strong commitment to helping clients feel heard, prepared, and supported.

Cynthia earned her Bachelor's Degree in Legal Studies from Florida Gulf Coast University. She later attended Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, California, where she graduated summa cum laude in 2023.

Isaac B. Rodriguez is the Managing Attorney of Barbosa Rodriguez Law, APC, a California professional law corporation based in San Diego, California.

Isaac is a Mexican American attorney and first-generation immigrant whose personal background gives him a deep understanding of the challenges many immigrant families face. His commitment to immigration law is rooted in both lived experience and a desire to help individuals and families navigate complex legal systems with dignity, clarity, and strong advocacy.

Isaac earned his Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration from San Diego State University in 2015. He later attended Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, California, where he earned his Juris Doctor in 2023. Since becoming licensed to practice law in California, Isaac has represented clients throughout Southern California and handles immigration matters for individuals and families across all 50 states.
